I’m not sure how it happened, but the dates on my booking ended up being completely wrong. I went back expecting everything to be set, and it was just not what I had booked at all. Give me a break, dealing with that kind of mix-up is the last thing you want when you’re trying to plan a trip.

I ended up waiting forever just to check in, which was really frustrating after a long day of travel. When I asked support about it, it felt like they were blaming me for the delay instead of trying to help. Not a great start to the stay.

I reached out to support and they did get back to me eventually. This is where it got annoying: the reply took longer than I expected, so I was kind of left waiting around. Once they responded, though, they were helpful and got things sorted out.

The restaurant was decent overall, but not really anything that stood out. The food came out warm and tasted fine, just nothing super memorable. Service was a little slow, though everyone was nice enough. It’s hard to describe, but it was one of those places I didn’t dislike, I just wasn’t amazed either. I’d maybe give it another try sometime

I went on the site and it just felt kind of sketchy, uh, especially when the security warnings started popping up. I left quickly because I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable putting my personal details in there.

I don’t know, maybe I’m being a little picky, but the room didn’t feel as clean as I expected. I noticed dust in the corners, one of the sheets had a stain, and the bathroom had a kind of weird smell. It wasn’t the worst stay ever, but it definitely made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

I had an issue it felt like the staff just kept handing me off to the next person like I was some kind of hot potato. Nobody really took the time to explain what was going on, and I got the feeling I was annoying them just by asking for help. It was way more stressful than it needed to be, and by the end I was beyond frustrated.

Stayed here for a couple nights the room was okay. Nothing awful, but nothing that made me want to rave about it either. The bed was decent enough, though I definitely didn’t get the best sleep.
The pillows were kind of flat, and the room got stuffy at night, so I kept messing with the temperature, which felt like such a waste of energy just trying to get comfortable. On top of that, I could hear people in the hallway more than I’d like, which got annoying fast.
It was clean and basically did the job, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little more comfortable and relaxing. Not a bad stay, just average overall. I’d say 3 stars is fair.

i mean, the location just wasn’t very convenient for me. Getting in and out was kind of a hassle, and the parking/access situation felt confusing, especially if you’re not familiar with the area.

For what I paid, I really can’t complain too much—though obviously I was hoping for absolute perfection at a bargain price, because that’s totally how life works. A few things could’ve been smoother, but overall the value felt fair and I got pretty much what I expected. I’d use tropicana.net again if the prices stay this reasonable.

The withdrawal process wasn’t great for me either. It took longer than I thought it would, and support mostly gave me those basic replies that don’t really help much. This just ended up feeling more stressful than fun, so I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I want to be fair, because the place has potential, but the upkeep was disappointing. A lot of things looked worn down and like they hadn’t been properly taken care of in a while. Basic maintenance shouldn’t feel overlooked, and it made the whole visit feel less enjoyable than it should have been. I’d consider giving it another chance if they put some real effort into fixing things up.

I booked this place thinking the amenities would be decent, but i was let down. The pool area didn’t feel very clean, the gym was tiny, and a lot of the equipment looked old and worn out. The WiFi kept cutting in and out too, which got frustrating fast. On top of that, the reminders from the hotel felt really aggressive, like constant messages about check-in, rules, and timing. It just made the whole stay feel more annoying than relaxing. Not really worth it for me.

I checked it out mainly for the bar and nightlife tips, and it was... fine? A few of the spots listed were actually helpful, but some details seemed a little out of date. Not terrible by any means, just kinda wish it felt more current!
